EA/blue oval free charging not working

I have a EA station in town and I've been using it every few days while I wait on my home charger to be installed. Last week it was free I think due to a promotion, but last night I plugged in and the system that is supposed to auto recognize the lightning and apply my free charging did not work. It is showing active on my ford.com account but the expiration date of all my items are just dashes. Truck is two weeks old, is this something that takes time to activate correctly? It's charged me at two recent EA stations so it's not just that station.

if you've already been using the EA's, maybe you've already used all your 250kw of 'free' charging...

All the EA stations the past month have been free for me.

Have not dipped into my free 250kW allotment from Ford.

Last night, I charged up for free at an EA station.
