Electrek article (below) on CA energy demand potentially served by EVs. This subject has been well known for two decades and as peak power demand surfaces, grows… , back up power is strategically more important thus BEVs, Hybrids parked with reserve stored power could become part of grid storage. Particularly at peak demand periods. 8 ER Lightnings at full charge could provide up to 1+ megawatt. Crazy.
