My dealer has service loaners. I do not care how long they keep the truck.

Yea, the dealership lack of service is really starting to turn me away from Ford. I do not have anything wrong with my truck, I really enjoy the truck, but I have to say unless the dealer service level steps up dramatically this will be my last Ford. Took my Mach 1 into get service, I don't have the stuff change the oil anymore, and it needed the yearly inspection. It was there for almost 8 hours just to get the oil changed, tires, rotated, and the inspection done. I go over there and it was sitting in the parking spot ready to go. The guy was like oh yea it's been ready for hours. Then they tell me they couldn't rotate my tires because the front and rear tires are different sizes. I said yea swap them side to side. He tries to tell me that they can't because they are a directional tire (they are not). I have to go get the recall for the front parking sensors done, but I putting that off because I am afraid of what the dealership will say. Some of the things dealers say can only be done by the EV tech seems a little ridiculous to me. I don't understand why an EV tech has to look at the nut for the ball joint. It's evident Ford dealers don't want to sell EVs and it is becoming more and more evident Ford doesn't either. I test drove a Sierra EV AT4 this morning for shits and grins and three salesman came out to talk to me about EVs and how I like it and asked all kinds of basic EV questions and they all seemed really interested in EVs as opposed to the Ford dealer could care less.
