Or 8 Years ago. I bought a model S in 2015. The drive then was I5 Only. With 6 chargers at Harris Ranch and 6 Chargers At Tejon/Wheeler ridge. There usually was no wait the 2015-16 and then it got busy fast. Now look at whats in place for Superchagers along that route in a very short time period.

We were driving south on I5, 1976, in a Dodge Tradesman van crammed with 18 college students. Saw a gas sign in the dark somewhere nowhere well south of Sacramento and well off the freeway. We drove a slew of backroads trying to get to the station. Nearly ran out of gas before we figured out the right “access” road.
