Has anyone been able to figure out how to enable the 360 cameras above 5MPH via forscan? Would be really nice to have.

Hi Snippy. New here after Ford bought back my Ranger Tremor and I moved back up to an F150.
I see you posted this June last year and got no replies. Hopefully you accomplished what you were after, but if not......

I found a couple of ways to override the speed override. Haven't gotten into the Forscan yet. Here's some links. Let me know if you've done anything yet. Also FYI, I saw on YouTube a speed override for the sync 4 (sync 3 too?) to unlock speed restricted content.
One of the mods for the 360° opens left or right camera when using the blinkers, and allows the spot lights to be on at any speed. Yes, I really got the 360° on my STX, a rarity shipped by Ford to my dealership.
Make certain they work for you by contacting them, if you choose to try these and keep me posted.

The Forscan thread has the steps and programming lines to adjust to get cameras to work at any speed. I haven't done it yet, and probably won't do it for a few weeks. Just got about 1.5FT of snow today.

I have an early build 2021 (1/21) and have 360 camera at speed to the side of the bed camera using Forscan.

I was also able to get two camera views in motion working on my '21 job 1 truck.

Step 1 - Update all software via FDRS
Step 2 - Make the 3 Forscan edits here:
The result is that:
  1. One click of the dash mounted hard button will show the hitch view.
  2. The second click will show the 360 bed view.
  3. The third click will turn off the camera and return to SYNC.
I do have the same quirks as listed in the Forscan post. Notably, the rear view soft button beeps but does nothing. The touch buttons also don't work in motion. Fine by me; my eyes need to be on the road. I can find the hard dash button by feel alone.

My question to others - is this how the functionality is *supposed to* work?
Presumably the soft Rear-View Split-view button should do something (or not be on the screen).
Should the hardware button cycle through views other than hitch & 360 bed?

I believe what you are reporting is similar to the issue another user reported here. I wonder myself, if this "bug" is present on Job-2 or 22YM trucks as well ?

Yep, that's the same bug and exactly what I'm curious about.
How close do these edits get us to the features on a '21 job 2 or '22 truck?
Is there more digging to be done in Forscan or is this as good as it's supposed to be?

I see in another post that there's an option to activate the bed camera in one of the right-side cards (not full screen.
This post:

To be clear, I didn't even have the rear soft button before the Forscan edits (even with updated APIM).

Before Forscan:

After Forscan (two new buttons on right side):
Ford F-150 Lightning 360 Camera Speed Limit Override After Forscan

And honestly, I'm not doo disappointed about the backup view. If I didn't know it was supposed to be there (via appearance of the touch button) then I would never know what I was missing.

These edits didn't change the behavior of the rear camera when the truck is put into reverse (whew!).
And the reverse view still works fine in Pro Trailer mode (though, that's a bit clunky to activate).
