I made my 2nd run.
I think 12.20's is it.
I got almost 2 mph more by calibrating for a smaller tire while still running stock tires.
I removed all the things I did last time.
I remove the front seat as well.
I removed the trunk liner. (I think this caused a weird turbulence under the front)
The truck really hates having all this removed. I have to "OK" through about 1/2 dozen alerts at start up!

I won't run again until I come up with more ideas.

That is a very impressive time, but when I go to the drag strip I like to hear the roar of a supercharged ICE. It's like when they changed the unlimited racing boats, engines from Mustang V-12 airplane engines to jet engines. They are fast, but it just is not the same without hearing the roar coming down the river.

So just add a 10,000 watt loudspeaker in the bed and blast a big nitro V8 sound and that will do it.

Oh I disagree, I like the whine of the motors picking up speed and increase of wind velocity, Just like a Jet plane on take off. or Luke Skywalkers X-34 Landspeeder.

What SOC and battery temp were you at?

Also, did you try any of the different modes? It seems like the truck is quick to pull power if any wheel slip in the front is detected, I wonder if off-road mode might be less picky about that.
