Instrument Cluster Anomaly

I just started my truck and put it in gear and this screen appeared. While I like the information displayed it completely replaced the speedometer and nothing that I pressed would make it go away until I stopped and turned off the truck. It has not returned since.

anyone else ever experience this or other instrument cluster phenomeno?
