Replacing a Tesla with something 10 times better? What's this world coming too? Now you can sit up there and look down at your friends at the superchargers. And you can probably haul more than what 10 of the teslas' can haul.

To be fair, I also passed down my 2008 Tundra 15mpg truck to my son. Pretty happy so far.

Your welcome especially if you paid the massive dues and went through the grueling initiation process we all had to go through to join. Not to mention the FBI, CIA, DHS, and all the porn site checks they do before you are allowed in here. I think the forum administrators main job is to check the porn sites 24/7 to keep the riff/raff out.

Thanks for the acceptance. I picked up my ‘25 Flash ER in Antimatter Blue last night. I dumped a Hurricane RAM as I was tired of the electrical issues and missed being in a Ford. My wife also drives a ‘25 GTPP Mach E Velocity Blue.

Welcome to the forum. I completely understand your last statement - I've been driving a pickup since Dec. 1985 (in my 20s). I would hate to go back to not having a truck.

Very much like mine except I bought mine new in Feb. of 2025. I now have just under 22K miles and absolutely love it. Like you it was my first EV. Welcome to the club.

Hello all,

I've been a 2022 Lightning Lariat ER owner for about 8 weeks now. My previous vehicle was a huge 2006 Sprinter (longest and tallest). I'll miss Penny (the sprinter) but after my wife moved into an EV6 about a year ago, there was no more ICE in me.

I've been reading/scrounging the forums for advice for weeks now but I'm now happy to be a member.

I really never saw myself as a truck owner before, but the lure of moving into an EV got me to pass that hurdle and I'm sure happy it did.

I'm looking forward to learning from the community and hopefully helping out others, once I'm more well-informed.
