Is it possible to run a water line from inside the frunk to inside of the bed?

Given the size and shape of the frunk, you couldn't put a lot of water in it. The overall volume is 400 liters or 105.67 gallons, but the weight limit is 400 pounds, so about 48 gallons max.
Yeah, I've accounted for the ~47 gallon (minus tank weight) 400 pound limit in my concept, and that's plenty of water for my use.

Nothing high pressure either.

Sounds like a perfect setup for a bicycle wash station on muddy races!

As a Mach-E owner I am looking forward to finally taking the clam chowder storage capability of the frunk to the next level by running it to a soup station in the bed. Much cleaner than serving directly from the frunk.
