Thank you for that explanation. I’m used to our Tesla's. With our Tesla's you can see which phones or Apple Watches are actively linked on the phone display window. As long as any one of the devices are in the car the car remains active.If the truck was started and running on your phone, I’d expect this. It’s not going to magically look for an alternate key when one goes away.
When my wife an I are n the car the car shows 4 devices as active, both iPhones and both of our Apple Watches as active as long as any one of those remains in the car the car will continue to "run".
