Lost Radio presets

I got in my truck this morning to find that I lost 6 available radio presets. I've had 18 available presets and now it's down to 12. I can't tell if I got an update anywhere (nothing in the Ford Pass App) so I don't know if that's what happened, but why would Ford reduce the number of available radio presets? Am I missing something? How do I get them back?

Are they lost or do you just need to scroll down to see them? Try using the right arrow button on the steering wheel to cycle thru the presets to see if they are still there.

Assuming the 15" screen. In the upper right hand corner there's a icon of what looks like 2 people. Press that and scroll down, you can change the number of rows of presets. That gets reset sometimes I've seen (no idea why). Select the max number of rows and your presets should reappear.

Yes sir, that was the issue, thanks! I don't know how or why that got changed but after checking I learned that you can have up to 6 rows of presets so that's good to know.

Deep pull but this helped me out. Thank you. Have no idea how it got set to 2 from 3.

Thanks for this post. I (for reasons unknown) had my presets drop from 3 rows to 2... I haven't had a chance to check the solution yet, but it seems more likely than not that this setting will be the case.
