Mine is about the same with an EV time of use plan. For super off peak with our CCA handling generation and SDGE delivering we're around the same. There's a $16 fee, but we have fully paid solar and NEM2 so all that does is reduce our net credit a bit and we save a lot running things overnight. During the day we generally generate more than we use.Are you off the PG&E monopoly? That's the only way I can imagine you're able to pay $0.11/kWh.
