Anyone else have only the text below? I’ve received the order email and text and have confirmed wave 1 with the dealer. But nothing in my account except:

That was under the stock photo on the reservation page and appears on the order page as well. There is a view button under the image of the truck to click VIEW the reservation, or ordre.

Sounds like you pages are not loading. What browser are you using.

safari but I’ve tried chrome and Firefox too. And PC, mac and iPhone. Same thing and no computer generated f150, just the text

My page has been like this under reservations for a while now, but my reservation number from my email matches the order email # and are clearly for my acct …. Dunno…

I think he did, he shows that view in the 2nd screenshot.

OP: I'd just wait a bit if I were you, people were having this happen earlier this week. At one point the back-end was just erroring out. At one point I also had it missing from my reservations, but was back today for Wave 1

Try switching to 5G, disconnect from wifi? Doesn't hurt to give it the old college refresh. Definitely shot in the dark, but with so many unknowns, why not? It's not impossible to imagine a DNS-related issue and it's loading cached assets for you

My reservation and my friend's also disappeared. Hoping it's temporary, as on the launch day I also had all sorts of problems that went away the next day.

So my dealer changed names in the system between my reservation and today. Spoke to Ford and it requires a manual order from the dealer instead of online; apparently they can't do a hot fix. Hellooooooo dealer!

I got an email from Ford last night that my dealer changed ownership (same dealer my buddy is at) but reassuring me my reservation is still good. So I wonder if this is the reason the reservations disappeared in the online view?

I got the wave 1 email and text yesterday. just can't order online b/c the system doesn't understand the dealer.... a disconnect of sorts. The dealer had me in and could see me as wave 1 as well, but they're still doing system upgrades and cannot order yet.

Oh its fine - I'll get it ordered manually or online next week before wave 2. I'm going Platinum so I don't have to fight the limited pro quantities. I think it had a May date, but I could be making that up.
