Just tried the rebate - they have approved 2022 trucks but not 2023 ones. Told me to keep checking back.
Be patient, I applied on 8/17 and rebate check was issued 10/13.

Yep, they get their approved vehicles list from the Department of Revenue … it can take some time for them to update it and send it out……

Does anyone have any new info on the rebate for 2023’s? I tried emailing them a couple of weeks ago and they didn’t reply

I began the process of applying for the Oregon EV rebate online in December but the 2023 Pro is still not an approved model. Tried again on January 12th. Has anyone had any luck contacting the Oregon EV rebate program directly or am I just wasting my time?

My dealer applied for me in late Dec 2022 (for the purchase of a 2023 Lariat ER). I haven't seen anything yet...

Bad news - checked the website again today and the footnote under the 2022 Lightning says the below, which seems to imply the 2023 models are not eligible, and 2022 models have until April.

1 After April 30, 2023, the Ford F-150 Lightning is no longer eligible to receive a rebate due to the vehicle not meeting program requirements. Any completed vehicle purchases or leases for eligible vehicle models (2022 model year) prior to April 30, 2023, will be honored with the rebate.

Any information on why Oregon has declassified the Lightning? I checked the GVWR and the truck has a 8,250 lbs rating, so that should be OK...?
This is a real bummer for cash buyers especially if the IRS cuts the Feds value in half. It makes into another $6,250 price increase to the truck.

The rebate rules say that the base MSRP has to be below 50k. I imagine when Ford raised the prices for the 23MY this disqualified them. Very annoying as at that point we didn’t have a choice on getting the 22 or 23…

Very discouraging, as we are still waiting for our 2022 Pro to be produced, maybe next month.... those are going to be expensive two heated seats.

It’s a year later, and I received an email saying this program is coming back. But the MSRP limit is still $50k. And you have to purchase between April and June (I think), when they expect to run out of money.
