I put one on my RC 2011 Ram, made a word of difference, then used their larger one for my lifted Ram, 2019 model.
To me, was worth it.

Stage 3 just uploaded a video today of them installing one on a 2020 F150.
Possibly, but I do plan to install one on my F150 as well. Just to see if it makes as much difference.

At one time Ford did have rear sway bar and the advantage of the Hellwig was that it was solid compared to the factory that was a hallow tube type sway bar
