Rear Window Codes & Lucky Delivery Hauler Viewing

Does anyone know what the codes mean in the attached photograph of the driver's side rear window of my new F-150 Lightning?

Also, under the "GCC" code there is a washed / rubbed out note that looks something like "Part??hg tailgate" or maybe "Paint chip tailgate". Can anyone interpret that? If it was a paint chip, they must have repaired it well because I could not find it.

I was driving by the dealership on Tuesday and saw a red truck on the top rack of a car hauler. I decided to drive up to get a closer look, and there was my long awaited Lightning ... 14 months to the day after I reserved it. That is its older brother SVT Lightning parked in front of the hauler.
