Thoughts on Michelin Portable Jump Charger

Any thoughts on this portable jump charger....

Reading posts about 12V batteries dying I am interested in everyone's thoughts about portable chargers. Costco has this Michelin one for $60 in store.

I came out a couple weekends ago to a dead truck, went to Walmart and got the below one for $48 and it includes an air pump. I got back to the house and disconnected/reconnected the negative cable and things were fine, but I'm keeping this (and my socket set) in the frunk just in case.
