I’m sure they replaced it and didn’t install the proper software, that’s what happened to ray ray. Send me your vin and I can see what they did and replaced and give you an idea of what needs to be doneDid you ever get this resolved?
I'm in the same situation. My 502a was built in Nov 2021 and delivered with lines running through the screen. 3 visits to the dealer later and that is resolved but now my cameras don't work in motion. The card on the split screen is blank. The dealer had it in once to try to fix it, but I'm not sure they believe me that it ever worked. They are telling me now that they are waiting on an answer from Ford but that normally no cameras work in motion. I'm beyond frustrated right now since I use that feature a lot.
