@Ford Motor Company if you're monitoring this forum, I'm looking for some assistance. As of yesterday, the transporter you've selected to deliver my vehicle has missed 2 estimated delivery windows. This not only affects my relationship of trust with Ford Motor Company but at a macro level, I'm sure it affected your delivery and sales numbers for the month of December, '22 Q4 and '22 Year.

I'm sure there are SLA's in place that impact your transporters for missed time-lines and rewards them for on time delivery. Again, I'm sure that monitoring this forum shows that I'm not alone in this frustration.

I've pre-qualified for my loan based on my initial delivery date. My rate lock for that loan will expire in two weeks, which if my rate increases, will impact my decision to purchase my order.

Please help, I want this vehicle but the market is opening up.

That's frustrating as hell, Jeff. I'm sure the holidays did no favors to transport company's ongoing labor shortages. I hope things shake loose and you see the truck delivered to your dealer soon!

Railcar status update: Actual Placement this morning in Henderson, CO. Now it's time to semi-obsessively refresh United Road's tracker over the next few days.

I did manage to have the dealer email a Buyer's Order Contract to demonstrate no ADM! Other than the $799 doc fee () all looks good. Fingers crossed the final mile delivery goes smoothly this week.

@Wsl346 my latest Estimated Date for Delivery (which has been missed as well) was 1/7. I'm waiting for either the system to update to a 3rd Estimated Delivery Date or for my Dealer to call. This was my 2nd Estimated Delivery Date that has been missed. Ford CS says the truck is Built and just waiting to be picked up (Convoy) for delivery.

Update: Contacted Ford CS this morning, my two missed Estimated Delivery have escalated to Logistics for review. Not quite sure of the impact...but I guess we'll see.

Wow $799 for doc fee now? That sucks.

Taxes (state, county, city) were also included. All's accounted for, but yes, that doc fee is brutal... so it goes in Colorado.

Edit: realized I misread your question. No point of sale tax credits. Those will have to wait until 2024.

Fun update this morning: FordPass was activated last night, so I have visibility into the truck! 9 miles on the odometer w/ 92% charge. Interestingly, I received a message that the lights were left on and reduced your distance to empty

Let's hope that message is in error, else whomever moved the truck off the railcar is a jerk!

Have you tried on a new browser? I know I had that issue sometime when on phone but can on PC. Later it work again on phone.

Yes, I do the same thing, switch between my phone and laptop to check Status.

So I decided to call Ford Marketing team and got a great update. Despite Ford chat showing my truck stuck in Illinois for the last week, they show it arrived in Needles California via rail! It's getting closer!

Awesome news! Ford CS Chat is *very outdated*. I strongly encourage folks to grab their railcar # and call their respective companies and/or reach-out to their dealers for accurate info. They should have much better visibility into tracking. If I was going off Ford CS Chat, they still think my truck is in West Chicago (with a status of chip hold) instead of unloaded in Colorado and awaiting pickup
