[F150Redux]

The hood protector looks interesting. Would be nice to protect that area from rocks/bugs/etc. Like someone else posted in the last thread, I'd be curious what happens to your paint if you need to remove/replace it. Otherwise, it would be a no brainer purchase.

I just got my "TripleAliners Truck Bed Mat Compatible with 2024 2025+ Ford F150 & Lightning Accessories 5.5FT Vehicle Flush All Weather Protection TPE Heavy Duty Pickup Cargo Mat" from Amazon earlier today for my 2025 Lightning Lariat.

I opened it up and put in in the sun of the driveway for a couple hours. Not even sure I needed to do that... it's pretty warm out and the shipping trucks were probably even hotter. There were almost no folds when I opened it.

I put it in the bed of the truck, and at first I thought I had it backwards, but a quick adjustment and it slid perfectly into place.

Seems to fit very well. Tomorrow I'll move the truck out of the garage and let it "heat up" a little more.

So far, I'm happy with it. Will see how it does next weekend when I have to load up the bed with traffic cones and other supplies for our CERT team during the town's Old Home Day celebration (fireworks one night, and full day events the next day).

Hello, regarding the hood protector, when replacing it you just need to slowly heat it with a hair dryer and peel it off little by little. The key is to do it gradually, so it won’t affect the paint. If there’s any adhesive residue left, a quick waxing will take care of it without damaging the paint.
