When Ford updated our older trucks to BC 1.4, they took away lane centering while towing. It used to be there in BC 1.2. With the upgrade to BC 1.4 (original and the January re-install) the truck only has Adaptive Cruise Control but no Lane Centering while towing.

Does anyone know if this is a switch we can turn back on using FORScan?

Are you sure it was there? There's lots of arguments across all the F150 forms about if it ever existed

It's not something he will ever put out to the public, DM him and ask. You have to understand that it will only work for smaller trailers. The PID tuning for steering control is not tuned for heavy trailers. So, it is a use at your own risk type of thing.

@MidAtlanticLightningClub are you saying it was there stock or you changed and now is gone and can't be turned back on?

Yes, I'm certain ACC/LC was there stock while towing and was functioning when we pulled our travel trailer across the country and back in 2023. Here is one of many photos of the dash while driving in ACC/LC with the trailer that year.

When Ford sent out the OTA for BC 1.4, it went away.

I also attest to this, I have a 22 XLT, I added Lane Centering and ACC to my truck and it used to work fine with trailers now it won't unless I unhook the lights. I believe with an update that you're referring to that coincided with BC 1.4 they upgraded the PID tuning of this steering. Perhaps even with some kind of self-learning/self-correcting feedback loop That detects oscillations. I remember after I got an IMPA update one time the steering in Lane centering seemed like the gain was set a little too high. Then over time it corrected itself. And at some point I realized it no longer worked with a trailer.
