Mine was a battery module replacement under 23H01. In my case the replacement module was shipped before my appointment but the dealer didn’t touch the truck for 3 weeks and when they did they said that Ford didn’t ship the Thermal paste needed for the install. That took another 2 weeks and once...
I had a similar experience. What I did was clear the trouble codes (DTC) and was able to drive it until my appointment. Unfortunately for me, it sat at the dealership for 56 days and I ultimately pursued the lemon law process through the BBB Autoline program.
Ford has approved my buyback and...
Lariat extended range purchased 12/6/22. 9,000 miles. 90 percent of charging was done at home on the Ford Charges station pro at 80 amps. Received the dreaded HVB / Powertrain failure after 6 months of ownership. Day 48 out of service at the dealership. They’ve had all the parts needed for weeks...
Similar situation. Mine has been at the dealership untouched for 45 days now. My original appointment was July 5. It’s been one excuse after another. Was told they only have one EV tech and 10 days ago was told they have all the parts and were just waiting on a lift. Now I’m hearing from...
Totally agree. I’ve caught them lying a couple of times. They also realized I could track the truck with the app so they started moving it around on the lot.
They’ve claimed they only have 1 EV tech and he’s really busy but when I called to inquire about an appointment they told me that they...
I’m at over 4 weeks in the shop now. In my case FMC shipped the module out prior to my appointment at the dealership. So it was most likely there when I dropped the truck off but there was no coordination between FMC and the dealership so they ordered a module not knowing it was already there...
I got the same errors yesterday. It was on my Ford charge station pro charging overnight and I noticed I had a charge fault warning in the morning. Those errors came up afterwards while driving. I only had 20% power available while driving.
When I got home I logged in with FDRS and printed...
I applied this update via FDRS a few days ago. Yesterday I took the truck on a 400 mile trip and BlueCruise was noticeably better. Previously my truck would bounce from side to side. Now it stayed straight in the lane. I was very impressed with the improvement.
I’m wondering if they pulled it in lieu of the below upcoming beta. I went from 4.1.1 to 4.2.1 and never got 4.1.2 or 4.1.3.

Hi
We’re excited to introduce Video Streaming* beta as part of an upcoming Ford Power-Up software update. With it you can seamlessly access...
Mine just updated from 4.1.1 straight to 4.2.1 without ever getting the 4.12 and 4.13 enhancements to the UI. My dial still only adjusts the radio and I don’t have any streaming icons under entertainment
I hear you. I'm on 3.5.4 and that's only after complaining to the Early Access team which I've been a member of since 2021 with my Powerboost and now Lightning Lariat ER. I've asked them again to help out with getting up to date but I think it's falling on deaf ears now.
I just have 500 miles on my 22 Lariat ER and haven't noticed it yet. I did have it on my 21 Powerboost and it was always very random. It was almost like you as the driver could feel it but no one else could.
