Pretty sure it is Dd:mm:yy. Mine expired 10:09:2022, so September 9th, which is why it doesn't work, otherwise I'd still be good until tomorrow!

1200 miles on mine so far and definitely seeing the same thing. I was pretty surprised when it started.

They said they were on the phone with Ford engineers, who would also open the case for my truck specifically, but they didn't have a solution. It almost felt like a "We've never seen a model quite like yours before" answer

There's a few out there, but this one seems to be the most relevant. This seems to offer a solution, but when I showed this to my dealer, they said that my truck fell outside of the production window that this applied to, so it wasn't the issue for me (even though it's the same issue).

Is anyone else having an issue with OTA updates for their bluecruise map? I took delivery of my truck right after the map expired on Sept. 10th, so I haven't been able to use hands-free driving yet. It seems like a known problem, at least amongst Mach-E users, but my dealership doesn't seem to...

I was able to sneak into the dealer this afternoon and pick up the new truck! This thing really is amazing! I have to take a few hours tomorrow to figure out a lot of the bells and whistles, but just the quick drive home, and a small test drive with my wife is enough to let us know how worth it...

I didn't catch the car letters when one agent told me a couple weeks ago, and every time I've asked for it since I've been told they don't have the information, and I should check with my dealer. I think it's luck of the draw for the agent you get.

Congratulations! I haven't gotteb any more info from Ford lately, but I'm going to hope that my truck is on the same train as yours... they were in New Boston together, and I'm pretty sure mine gets loaded on a truck down in Mass. Before making the last little journey up to Maine! Hopefully...

I'm officially bumped back again, to a delivery window of the 17th to the 23rd. Ford chat isn't as helpful the last time i checked either. I don't know if my truck is still sitting in New Boston or not.
