In Edge or Firefox I get "Session has expired, please refresh your page" no matter how many times I try it (for the Canada site above). Any ideas?

TRy clearing the cache, though this is not a reliable solution, but F5'ing to get the base page is a common solution for me, and doing the same after the transmit of order number and vin failure often helps, but on occasion it persists to fail.

Real solution, FOMOCO needs to fix [restart the session] on the load balancer for the web-server,

Got my shipped email this morning. Kept the same estimated delivery dates of 9/13-9/19. Figures, yesterday I took delivery of my powerboost I ordered last October.

Nothing new for me today. Still showing built as of 9/12 and not yet shipped. But the same estimated delivery of 9/13-9/19. Hoping I'll be on the same train as you guys but seems unlikely. But there are definitely some folks who for whatever reason never changed to "shipped" or change to "shipped" right before the actual delivery.

Who knows. Hopefully will come soon.

For other browsers you can try this which forces a complete load of page like a new session -

But you can bypass the cache and force a complete refresh by using some simple hotkeys: Windows and Linux browsers: CTRL + F5. Apple Safari: SHIFT + Reload toolbar button. Chrome and Firefox for Mac: CMD + SHIFT + R.

Same here. Mine has been stuck in New Bosto, MI at Ramp 5M for quite a while now.

I'm officially bumped back again, to a delivery window of the 17th to the 23rd. Ford chat isn't as helpful the last time i checked either. I don't know if my truck is still sitting in New Boston or not.

Got it myself. Arriving East Brookfield 9/21 at 4:30 pm yeah!!!

What does tracking tell you about that car number? For me it comes up with something from San Bernardino from July. Maybe not loaded or left yet???

Interesting! And a great question. It looks to me like the tracking phone number is for CSX and maybe California is last place they recorded that rail car's location? I've been trying to find if Canadian National Railway has a tracking system? Either way, happy to have a rail car number.

Some progress….

• Shipped on the 9/14 and got my railcar info shipping out on CNR.
• The car got dropped off in Riverdale, IL 2 days later and is sitting there for the last few days.
• When I call UP I am still getting similar answer to @FordEVTruck (info from June). My assumption is, that as soon as UP picks up the car from the rail yard it'll come up in their system.
• ETA unchanged 10/1 - 10/7

Getting closer... just a few more stops.
