Has anyone had the rear lightbar get water in it after the recalled version? I have a 22 lariat that got water in it right after I bought it in 22 then had it happen again right before the recall. I was driving earlier this week and got pulled over because the rear bright white lights were on...
Wow I am shocked to see over 500 of these on the tracking sheet just from this one site.
Seeing the number of different modules it doesn't seem too isolated.
Just found this thread after posting a question. I think I am in the same boat.
About a month after I got all the recalls done I got the message that I would get every so often before the recall. This time is it different the others went away after letting the truck set. This has been there...
About a month after I got all the recalls done I got the message that I would get every so often before the recall. This time is it different the others went away after letting the truck set. This has been there for 3 days days now. To add insult to injury when I charged it last night it...

That module fixed it and the truck is as good as new now. It was in the shop for a long time but ford was great about it. It reminded me how much I love the truck to be with out it.
Got mine back today it was in the shop for 42 days but Grapevine Ford in Texas got it fixed and fixed right. They replaced the light then the control module for the rear gate. This didn't fix the rear gate issue. They ended up replacing the a main control module. I believe it was the ECM to...
I Use it exclusively as well. Basically a way to get free charge and your break pads will last a long time. It takes about 1 hour of driving in town to get familiar with it and 2 days to get really good at it. Most days I don't use my breaks at all
We had that and I stuck a gopro under to watch it. It was a variable speed ticking. There was a sticker / tag on the drive shaft that I crawled under and taped down. It started again and I just cut it off
The Dealer believes it is the DCM or Data Control Module now, the issue is it is on back order until almost June. Ford has been great about contacting me and working to expedite it today so I am hopeful I will get it back a lot sooner
