How to lower a 2025 Flash to fit in a carport?

There is a spring perch lowering kit for the rear only. It uses all your stock parts, it just changes the spring length. I believe the lowering amount is 2" in the rear only. If so it may be enough. The kit is around $150, plus install. You might need a camber kit to meet alignment

Rough Country Kit 52006. There's a thread with user feedback. One user reported that it lowered their rear by 1.25". That's probably the most cost effective option for you.

No, the problem is not the Am/Fm antenna, it was changed to a shorty the day after I bought the truck as the original antenna was wobbling around like a drunk sailor going going past 60 knots.
The issue is the Sat and Cell antennas on the cab roof, my truck has a 78 1/4 clearance on a good day, need at least another 1/2” maybe more.

All of the above may be a moot point, we drove down to to Fort Lauderdale, 263 miles, to view the condo.
It was a disappointment, the realtor used a photographer that was also a magician, the place didn’t look so good and smelled worse.
The air draft is the least of my problems now, but it wetted my appetite for a slight arse leveling to reduce aerodynamic drag and also fit under future carports.
I don’t need the tall ass truck as I will never tow anything and will never carry anything in the back beyond a cooler full of beer and a surfboard.
This Flash is retired like the owner.

Ok, looked at the kit but it raises the front, don’t need that, keep it the same, just get the arse down then the air draft goes down.

(I have no experience lowering or lifting no pickup truck)
Had 4 trucks in my lifetime, a 1992 Dodge Dakota, a 2004 Chevy Silverado, a 2018 F-150 3.5l ecoboost special factory order, and now the 2025 Flash.
I liked ‘em all but love the Flash, thinking this is my retirement vehicle: Sweet ride, lots of space, peppy with 536 hp and no maintenance.
My last car was a 2019 MB E-450 Wagon, twin turbo 3.0, 362 hp, a sports car disguised as station wagon, loved it.
Hate to admit it, but I love the Lighting even more, sweet ride, no maintenance, big and strong like the owner, nice..

This should be the one. It says its for the front but the lighting uses older f150 front struts in the rear so it should work in the rear. There was a thread here where someone used it but I can't find the thread.

You can find it other places than this link but this gives the terms for a search. I think the brand is the only one though.

You should be able to put the spring cups/seats in linked in the rear only. That will level out the rake, give you the space you need, and not require a full lowering kit. The back end of these sits very high, you can drop it 2" and it will look even instead of nose down (the back will be about 1/2" higher, so no weird look to it). In fact, if you drop the back the truck will actually look like Fords promotional material.

You cant put normal f150 "lowering" kits in the lightning though, the rear is dramatically different and they only will do the front. You either need the spring perch kit I linked, or something like the icon full kit.

Same with my previous F150, sitting tall at the ass end, but that was ok.
Ordered it from the factory with the max towing package, the chrome package with 20” wheels, all to sit tall because I was driving around during hurricanes to take care of boats on my client list in Fort Lauderdale:
”Absent Owner Care” by Captain Flashman.
PlenTy busy during the hurricane season..
This was a 2018 3.5 Ecoboost with more options than most, loved it.

Looking at it now, that is for the upper portion of coilivers and would ultimately increase preload, or raise the vehicle.
