Test drove a preowned 2021 XLT with Katzkin cooled seats yesterday. They put the switch on the side of the seat next to the other controls. The cooling function was 1000% cooler than ventilated seats that I had on my old 2019 Silverado. Didn't even know that was an option until I looked it up...
I'm really liking these more than the 20" option... something to think about... although not sure what to do with the truck other than put it on blocks in the driveway for a few days to accomplish this ? :ROFLMAO:
it looked like that (https://fordfleetlive.com/#/VinCalculator) to me, but the layout was different from what I remembered and they pulled it a few weeks ago, so I thought maybe you were on a new site (URL) with that screenshot.
however, with the new "onboard scales" feature coming this summer that requires max tow, I am a bit conflicted, as it seems like it'd be really cool. I just want a payload estimator included in the build and price configurator so we could all stop worrying/guessing what our builds would actually...
I had a topper on my tacoma years ago but a tonneau on my recent silverado. Since we load mulch and sod every few months, I would think a topper would be a pain to deal with. But I do like the idea of more security with one or an easier way to put our kayaks on top with a topper. But then again...
How do you like the extended running boards? I had them on my Silverado and liked them for reaching into the bed, but not many people have them in pics I've seen on this site. I have them in my build, but haven't purchased yet.
