If we want the absolute best leveling device, are the spacers fine, or is the ultimate getting something like the Bilstein leveling shock/strut? I am not against spacers but let's be real, it doesn't seem to be a true engineering marvel, but an adjustable strut/shock seems to be a more hard fix.

Well I did figure something out, I normally never use volume speed "compensation", but on this Unleashed it works, if you set to mid or high, it is like a "loudness" button and will increase the low end. Still lacks some punchy bass or let's say it's muddy, but it sounds a lot better.

FM usually sounds better to the ear because it's compressed and the low end really bangs out more than a wide dynamic range source. FM is like hitting the "loudness" button

Maybe Ford should have went with Pioneer because I can assure you it would be better if only four speakers were in the vehicle. Hmmm, Pioneer and Cerwin Vega combo, sounds more manly anyway...

you may be correct from what you came from in 2010, but I had a 17 SuperDuty Platinum with the Sony system and it was 4 times better than this one. It was tuned correctly and had better adjustments. It was a joy to listen to, this one sounds like a Hyuandai tin can.

I went to ford and they said the black skull caps were basically $100 each, your part numbers show about $27 each. Did you order and use these? If so, how did you remove the chrome ones?
