I also recently upgraded from an S10 where everything worked pretty well except phone calls.. I would have to pull it off the Charge pad and sometimes I could here the caller but they couldn't hear me... Now with a new S24 Ultra calls work even on the Charge pad...

Well from someone who did invest in the HIS and was testing it today as we are getting into hurricane season I'll give you the agrevatupn points that if they fixed would make it a steller system... First and formost (which would solve almost all complaints) if they would boost the Bluetooth...
Well I agree the GOM isn't worth it, and the DTE is usually the same EXCEPT Ford got it right on my Escape Hybrid from way back to 2005... To this day it hits the mark as to how many miles are left "in the tank and battery" highway or city or both... @ford you should just yank the the software...
Okay, I had this problem from day one as well... I noticed early on that if I touched the rear door lock button it would work immediatly... I figured out it had to do with the door closing.. maybe the vibration... but if you wait about 1 second longer than you want to press it it will work 99%...
