    Unfortunately this is all too common with dealers. The really good ones have nowhere near as good deals because they have a vast phone book and loyal customers that would take a worse deal for better service. The really good deals seem to be from pure scum that were marking these up $30k.

    They really don’t but NYSERDA has given me SO MUCH money over the years(insulation, solar etc) that I didn’t push it for a paltry $500.

    I just did it out of habit, chill brah. I did not get NYSERDA rebate since I only intend to keep the car for 2 years(rebate requires you to sign a document saying you will keep it for 3 years or more).

    You are never going to find a good deal in Florida unless you know a guy who knows a guy or something. This is for any car, not just Ford.

    dealer is correct that certain zip codes only get $5k for lariat whereas others get $7500. Not sure why Ford made that call but it is zip specific. XLT ER does get $7500 nationwide.

    to be clear, the discount from the dealer was only $9820. The rest was all rebates that I qualified for.
