  1. List: F-150 Lightning dealers that do / don't apply ADM (price markup)

Did the allocation also follow you to the new dealership? As in, the prior dealer couldn’t sell your allocation to someone else? I’ve been told by a few ford dealership people they didn’t think the allocation would change dealers even if an invite changes dealers and that may mean a significant...
  2. Transferring to a new dealer question.

Please keep us updated, and I hope it gets resolved. We need to have some ability to combat dealer ADM/add-ons between ordering and delivery. This back-end shadiness is a straight up crime.
  3. Lightning production expected to be 1,000 trucks a week starting mid-March with Job1

1000/week, so ~30K or so for MY22? Fleet+retail. thanks for the insider info Pioneer74!
  4. Transferring to a new dealer question.

So you were on a priority list and moved between reservation and submitting the order? And kept the allocation and were allowed to order immediately? I’m afraid my dealership may try to surprise with ADM or add-ons and am curious what would happen if the dealer surprised a buyer with those...
  5. List: F-150 Lightning dealers that do / don't apply ADM (price markup)

You aren’t responsible for sleezeball dealers who go back on their word after telling you they will sell at MSRP. If my dealer does the same after I order after telling me multiple times the price will be at MSRP, best believe I will create quite a scene at the dealership in front of customers...
  6. Updated Ford Intelligent Backup Power page (no longer) details 320-Amp Home Service o_O

Yeah I realize it may not come to fruition and I’m certainly not counting on the money from selling it but regardless I’d still rather buy a 48A charger for $600-700 and live with my current generator set up as opposed to spending $1000s to $10000 on the high end if I need to upgrade my service...
  7. Updated Ford Intelligent Backup Power page (no longer) details 320-Amp Home Service o_O

Yeah I’m thinking 48A EVSE would cover my charging needs. Mostly drive local anyway. And minimal power outages with a setup already in place. Not worth the trouble for the charge station pro install. Plus, if Tom is right about aftermarket value, could make a pretty good profit by selling that...
  8. Updated Ford Intelligent Backup Power page (no longer) details 320-Amp Home Service o_O

My new house has an in-line natural gas generator anyway so backup power doesn’t mean that much to me. Tempted to set up a 48A charger myself and sell the charge station pro (Tom thinks for $2-3K) after I order my lariat ER and call it a day. Good news is I probably won’t order till wave...
  9. Updated Ford Intelligent Backup Power page (no longer) details 320-Amp Home Service o_O

Think we can prod sunrun or Ford more for the cost of goods/installation? Slightly frustrating because for some people it could make the decision on what model they order and feels a bit like it’s being hidden intentionally so that people will go for higher end models before the cost is made public.
  10. Wave 6 transition to MY2023

I’m also curious about the transition from waves to MY2023 ordering. Are they going to offer ordering to all people who had the opportunity to order in waves 1-6 and didn’t (and what about dealerships priority lists that didn’t get to order?) before opening it up to all reservation holders? Or...
  11. Ordered 2022 Lightning - My Experience

Also, erase everything past the = sign in the url (not just the X’s) and paste your full reservation #
  12. Updated Ford Intelligent Backup Power page (no longer) details 320-Amp Home Service o_O

Tom Moloughny (sp?) refuted this requirement in another forum after speaking with Ford engineers last week and said that he’ll be posting a YouTube video soon with findings from his conversation with them
  13. Ford Lightning Ordering Experience Survey

That’s what plenty of people said regarding the first wave after that one was small, wonder if we’ll be saying it about each subsequent small wave through the end of March ?
  14. Dumb question maybe, but where does the $80,000 "cap" number for the EV credit come from

The income exclusion is $800K filing jointly/$600K HOH/$400K single on the bill, in case anyone doesn’t feel like searching through the bill. The $74K limit does concern me and I wish they would grandfather prior orders or do some sort of phase out since the law is changing during massive EV...
  15. ? Lightning Ordering WAVE 2 Emails Are Out!

That’s a rather large exception/assumption. Most dealers I’ve come into contact with and seen at least on this forum have submitted a priority list and I’m betting at least a majority of priority list reservations are not day 1 reservation holders, bumping quite a lot of people from MY22...
  16. My NY dealer allocation = zero so far

Same. I’m #6 on list and dealer has gotten 1 so far. Curious if subsequent waves may target new/different dealerships or if it’s just going to be the same ole stuff wave after wave.
  17. Wave 3

Your attachments don’t seem to be working for me, but I hope you’ve got some juicy info 2 weeks out.
  18. ? Lightning Ordering WAVE 2 Emails Are Out!

WTF why can’t my state have this many tax credits and rebates…
  19. Time to change dealers GA and FL where y’all at

My contact has been dancing around this entire time. Won’t be nailed down on allocation. I did have Ford customer service confirm I was on priority list but doesn’t mean much if they get 0 allocation for MY2022. They got 1 order in wave 1 is all the info I’ve gotten from them on ordering. Here...
  20. Time to change dealers GA and FL where y’all at

What has your dealer told you about allocation for your dealership or expectation for MY2022? I’m in Birmingham with Stivers Ford, somewhere on there priority list of 10 but they won’t give additional details about their allocation for MY2022.
