No input from Ford, but on this forum someone commented that hitting the Start button too soon after unlocking the vehicle MIGHT skip the part of the script that initiates the Instrument Panel. I don't think this is true, but since I read that I've allowed time between when I use the fob to...
I have had the snap in channel vent deflectors from EVR on my 2023 Lightning XLT since March. Easy to install and they work well. Only took a few cycles of the windows to seat them so the auto-down didn' activate.
Thank you for the info. It is a bit different on my display - a few more on/off toggles for specific things like vehicle data etc. I've tried turning them off and back to on but without luck so far.
Perhaps I should disable Android Auto. I have saved my destinations in Navigation to save time, but it lacks the coordination with SOC and routing to charging stops.
I currently have 5 trips saved. I delete the one timers, even though they don't transfer.
I received the latest Power Up OTA, that indicates I have some linkage to Ford's Servers.
I've planned over a dozen trips using the App, but not one has shown up in my vehicle Navigation system. This worked well for me when I had an MMe. I've got good linkage on the other functions in the app. But when I open the Navigation screen and go to Planned Trips - none of the trips I have...
I don't have Blue Cruise - base model  XLT SR. It may have been a glitch or low 12V battery issue. I'll watch for it to happen again before I take it to the dealership. Hoping it was a one time glitch.
I read that as a remedy for several issues. On a whim, I grabbed my backup fob when it finished charging. Have no clue what worked, but the IC Display is back to normal. ?‍♂️
I parked it for 10 minutes and when I restarted it, the Instrument Display did not come on. Center 12" display is okay.
Tried restarting several times with no success. It drives okay and sensors seem to function too. Called 2 dealers - techs have no clue how to reset the display. Have it on...
I drove a MMe exclusively 2 pedal for 8 months. Once I got my Lightning, I did 2 pedal for first 500 miles - half highway and half city streets. For the next 1300 I've been 1 pedaling. I seem to get 15% better mpkw with the 1 pedal. As others note, you get used to it quickly and have to...
