The highest available is 24127, but it has not been released for all vehicles yet. If you're on Sync 23306 and there are no more APIM, GWM, TCU or IPC updates showing, then you have gotten as far as you can get for now until Ford releases the next batch of updates for your VIN.
IPMA will take...
@Tom Jensen This is a good idea. Tell your service advisor the front parking sensors go off for no reason. There is a TSB out for that that would require the dealer to update the IPMA.
I assume your truck is on the IPMA software it came with from factory? The newer software improves all driver assist functions significantly. Unfortunately, it is not being sent out OTA. It can be only be installed via FDRS.
I guess I should have also asked what was it on before, too. Just scan the truck and see if the APIM is still there or if it cleared and something else popped up in its place.
Having the tools to perform the updates is half the battle. The other half is has Ford released the necessary update(s) for your vehicle. Based on the Sync version you're currently on, if a VIN check reveals you have a pending update for the GWM or TCU, chances are that once those updates are...
I don't care for predictive speed either. I think it is way too aggressive even with the tolerance set to its lowest setting. Ford needs to work on that, imo. I have the new IPMA software now that was just released in FDRS in September (only for 2021 F150's for now), but I have not tested it to...
Just FYI: Jesse was offering advice and not asking for it. He recently got a Lightning for himself, which is GREAT for this community. Outside of maybe Ford engineers, nobody knows more about these things than he does.
Sure, but please remove your VIN. Not much pending. The dealer seems to have done some updates on 9/27. Not sure what you mean by a reversal, but the OTA you got on 9/13 was 6.8.0 for the IPC and had nothing to do with anything the dealer did. You haven't gotten any updates because there is...
Much better than hiding these notes in random TSB's that don't get completely read. Probably the most useful thing I've seen them add them add to it in terms of pointing techs who many not know this in the right direction.
No idea, but if you're going to experiment, make sure you back up the IPMA config. That is one module you don't want to FAAFO with or it will throw all kinds of codes and prevent other features from working.
