  1. Ford lightning not charging? Vehicle charging fault error message?

    On a L1 charger on my volt I had a circuit that had a neutral ond hot wire reversed on a connection wired in my house. It would not charge on that circuit. I had to trace out a juction box where the wiring needed corrected. Worked great after that. It'd been that way for years.

    I ordered on April 12th. Haven't received a build date but my dealer told me today I've been moved from a #19 to a #2 priority. He thinks I should receive a build date soon. We shall see.

    The way I read it is if you have the Co-Pilot360 Active 2.0 it includes BlueCruise, Active Park Assist 2.0 and Phone as a key.

    This may be the case, but It would seem to me that their test was not very accurate if you're really going to compare the two models.

    Yes you are right about the 32 amp charger & a 40 amp circuit. If I was burying cables under concrete I would future proof it with more than a 40 amp circuit. Here's the installation recommendations for the 80 amp Pro charger. I'd give this to your electrician. He should know the wiring...

    Ford recommends for the mobile charger a 14-50 outlet which requires a 50 amp circuit. 50 amp circuit which requires 6 gauge wire.

    It would depend on the charger you plan on using. It's not adequate for the Pro Charger. It's not even adequate for the mobile charger.

    My electrician says he’s wired many generators with neutral bonds this way without any problems. Guess we shall see
