Yes after 4.2.1 installed mine was gone too. I sent feedback to ford. Hoping it’s just a bug, and not intentional. I read that if you add the connected services plan it returns, but I’m not paying $10 a month to confirm.

I hope this is a glitch. When 4.1.3 came out it said with ford streaming or Wi-Fi connection you could access YouTube.

I have had that happen a couple times. I just turn the car off and back on and it went back to normal. It’s part of the opening screen animation when you open the door that does not go away and go to the normal screen. Just a little glitch that rarely happens for me.

i do t think it’s a glitch or “bad software”. Pretty certain you have the Courtesy Wipe feature enabled in settings. Turn it off and it should stop the rogue wipe.

I think it was about a month after 4.1.1. I got them on the day that they were released, so I wouldn’t think the distance between them now matters now that both versions are both released

Ok with my Bluetooth connected from my phone it kept trying to use my phone. When I disconnected it, it truly used my home Wi-Fi and worked fine.
