  1. Pro Power Onboard - Overnight

No. If you start the truck, turn off HVAC, lights, etc., and the disable the 30 minute shutdown, then it won't turn off until you hit the limit. This is with the truck OFF, a new feature, and which requires the 90watts. At least that's my understanding.
  2. Pro Power Onboard - Overnight

Won't be close to 90 watts, no. You can plug them all in and look at the draw on the screen.
  3. Max Energy at 100% SOC Display

That was the cells balancing. I think I once saw an extra 15kW.
  4. Ford Dealerships refusing service to Ford lightnings.

They haven't been here since 4/30/25...
  5. Pro Power Onboard - Overnight

Why are you leaving Pro Power on? What are you powering?
  6. Ford Dealerships refusing service to Ford lightnings.

I bought a 2021 Mach-E in July 2021, and a 2022 Mach-E (my May 2021 Mach-E order that came in 50 weeks later) from Varsity Ford. When I went looking for a Lightning, I found them out of state. Varsity told me upfront, if you buy elsewhere, we won't service it. I bought in Missouri, and they...
  7. First Travel Trailer Towing Experience

So, work it backwards (you don't need to do the math). 5.1/6.5 is 22% less. So, either your cabin isn't delivering 240v, or you have higher loss, or both. Since the charger is 30amps, and the truck can't set a lower rate, that's your answer there. At home, 9.6 works out to a 40amp charger...
  8. First Travel Trailer Towing Experience

    Ford Mobile Charger is either 30amps (yellow band on pigtail) or 32amps. Hardwired charger is likely 48amps. 48/32= 50% faster. 48/30= 60% faster. 65% is 85kWh. 48x240x93%(7% loss)= 10.7kW per hour 30x240x90%(10% loss)= 6.5kW per hour 85/10.7=7.94 hours 85/6.5=13.1 hours If it took 19...
  9. Does anyone have a "Gap" policy for new vehicle?

Assuming you financed via Ford Credit, it should be noted on your Ford Credit contract, and perhaps in your Ford Credit account. Or, if you call them.
  10. Ford Power Promise

Permit costs can be obtained quite easily. My Township is online. Electrical starts at $30, $50 for the inspection. $10 for an outlet including EV outlets. $90 it seems.
  11. Charging error but charging fine

I know with some Tesla home chargers, you go into the settings and tell it to charge non-Teslas, but that's probably not the issue. There are many threads in places that talk about Tesla home charger issues with other makes. One of the solutions is to get Tesla to push an update to the...
  12. Public Charging App Broken??!!

If he wanted to pay for it himself (which he never said during his tirade), then there would be no need (nor benefit) to using the owner's FordPass account, or the Public Charging app (which uses the owner's FordPass account). Since he used F*** and FordpASS and "retarded", I don't consider my...
  13. Generac 6853 trips truck GFCI

Have you watched the truck's display to see if it surges over 30amps?
  14. T-Boned Today. Is It Totaled?

Contact your insurance company and let them deal with the other insurance company. If the battery isn't damaged, it likely isn't totaled.
  15. Public Charging App Broken??!!

Again, you are incorrect, in multiple ways. If you got access to the vehicle in FordPass, all those charging networks are part of BlueOval Network, so you didn't need other apps. Or a physical credit card. Pilot / Flying J GM chargers too, and they work on EVgo network... Yes, if you use...
