Good to see. I didn’t understand the initial rollout logic myself and the huge upfront costs for dealers. Then again, I still wish Ford sold their EVs direct like Tesla but I know that’s a pipe dream.

Completely agree. In fact, if you sold it to someone and something happened I’m sure you’d be in legal trouble.

My personal take on this (after reading all the docs on the recall) is that the old adapter is fine for use and I am keeping it as a backup in the truck. To each their own, follow your own judgement.

I’m still too nervous to FDRS things on my truck but good to hear the noticeable difference with stopped traffic. My biggest BC complaint is how my truck plows 65mph towards cars stopped on the highway in the distance and then brakes when it is almost too late.

Does anyone know if BC 1.4 OTA first requires the front sensor “recall” to be performed? I haven’t had that done yet on my 2023.

On my truck I had to adjust the rubber hood stops a little but I also had to adjust one of the headlights. It wasn’t too hard. See this video:

Got it. I am admittedly a total novice when it comes to towing anything substantial, so when I saw he was towing 11k pounds with just a ball hitch and 1k pounds on the receiver I was surprised it was fine. I have the max tow Lightning so in theory it can carry 10k/1k due to the extra battery...

Anyone know if this F150 process would work on the Lightning for this? It looks pretty easy if so.

I’m going to be going from a 275/60/20 to a 275/70/18 for winter and the difference in circumference is like 12mm bigger so I’m not sure if I need to change anything? I think it would make my speedometer like 0.5mph off. But unsure if I’ll bother with forscan or not.
