I would ask to see the diagnostic report on that.
Due to the modular design, it would be highly unlikely all the cells are bad, you'd be the first I've heard of.
Most likely it just needs a module replaced due to bad cells in the module and not the entire battery.
Not buying a scorpion ever again. You think the grabbers are bad but mine have lasted 45000kms with probably another few thousand left in em. Doubt you'll get such treadwear with the pirelli but YMMV.
Most people don't think about it and are oblivious to the losses from blocked ducts or rads.
You might never notice the reduced efficiency but it is reducing efficiency of whatever system is being covered.
Check your settings, the 911 assist is an option, mines been turned off forever and has shown the corresponding message forever.
Check for a my key option too.
True, I find the brake easier to manipulate on the finer side of things and releasing the go pedal in 2pd allows me to coast down smoother. If the abs/traction control kicks on it's also easier to let go of the pedals to regain traction.
If the roads are clear and the weather is nice then I'll stick with 1pd.
The truck is very capable, even in 1pd, but I go to 2 pedal for snow or ice. Same reason you don't want to downshift a manual in the snow.
Since it's on the drive mode page near 1pd it's possible to have accidentally selected it. Never heard of it just coming on after an ota update but I have accidentally turned mine on.
Blue Cruise has a limit on how tight a curve it can take, here is the bc map from ford with a curve that isn't exactly bc capable. Check the bc map from ford for your area.
As @hturnerfamily said, it's on the wheel. Download the manual to your phone and have a read. Good news is that I just got the update today, maybe that'll fix your concerns. In the meantime though, have a look in the manual in the controls section.
I'm assuming that your bms CSP has been carried out.
12v car batteries are incredibly easy to test.
Step 1, charge battery out of vehicle
Step 2, attach load tester set for cca rating of battery being tested.
Step 3, activate test load and check result.
Yesh, great reference!
I wonder if we'll ever get them in Canada? I was June originally and now it's September ship estimate. My number is in the low 3000's.
Congratulations on what is hopefully the adapter!
New email I received today from ford:
Due to supply constraints, your complimentary Fast Charging Adapter delivery date has changed. The updated delivery estimate will soon be reflected on your Order Status page.
We know this is disappointing, and we assure you that we are...
