  1. Wheel alignment at dealer or elsewhere?

The manuals should be referenced for the settings, adjustments and torques. Alignment systems have most of the data built in so it may not be a problem if they've updated the software to include the lightning. I don't want someone just guessing. Are you familiar with all of the possible...
  2. Predicted travel before charging

I like to exercise my brain and do most of the math the old fashioned way.
  3. Wheel alignment at dealer or elsewhere?

Very true but at least a Ford dealer will have access to manuals and tooling quicker, maybe even a tech trained on the Ford ev's.
  4. Wheel alignment at dealer or elsewhere?

The state of the industry is abysmal, if you have a reputable shop then sure but they are few and far between. The f150 rear suspension is different than most trucks and slightly different than most cars. The concepts are still the same. All depends on the depth of the work. Just tweaking...
  5. FCSP on Ceiling?

Exactly, this is why mounting electronics on your ceiling is a terrible idea. These devices are designed with clearances to allow proper ventilation and they're also designed for the heat to travel up and away while mounted normally. When you put them upside down on a ceiling you are asking...
  6. Wheel alignment at dealer or elsewhere?

Except the steering position sensor. I would have the dealer do it just because of the rear suspension.
  7. Default Cruise Control Behavior

I have no issues with the current configuration. The buttons are all easily accessible on the steering wheel to configure it and there is a purpose to all of the functions. I also think the driver aids work great at keeping distance and keeping the lane. Bluecruise works great too...
  8. Battery Temp... with pictures!

Interesting, I haven't seen mine that high, even when it's near 100f outside. Do you have the max tow package?
  9. Head-on collision in my Lightning Pro

Glad you survived! A testament to modern engineering and safety standards. I especially like how the doors have deformed, spreading the impact forces away from the driver. With any luck the surviving parts will be used to keep other lightnings on the road. Get well soon!
  10. Horn started honking for no reason

I've done it all with the fob. Tailgate, frunk, panic, lock, unlock. I had too much crap in my pocket with the fob.
  11. Battery Prep

I was getting 120kw pretty quickly. Allegedly it only kicks in the last 30km or so and temps/speed/soc will also factor into that. Allegedly, the charger also has to be selected as a waypoint of your trip. There is no cooling mode, allegedly. If you're only getting 40kw it's something...
  12. Clock gone bonkers!

One of the recent updates set the clock to manual mode. You just have to set it back to automatic update of time. Mine was 2 minutes off last week.
  13. How do I learn this thing?

Just keep driving and experimenting with the controls. It took me a few weeks to master everything about the truck. It is a spaceship!
  14. 12 volt or bigger issue? Funky chicken no start

That's the connectivity fuse isn't it?
  15. 12 volt or bigger issue? Funky chicken no start

Check the connections, check the battery. Not rocket science, any shop can do that.
  16. First Cybertruck offer to me Canada

You can by a lightning Lariat and a nice escape for that price.
  17. Table saw & Vacuum?

Ya, it's the startup draw. You'll most likely need to put a soft start cap on one of them.
  18. Table saw & Vacuum?

I think you'll find that it would work on a household service. Inverters are much more sensitive to peak loading.
  19. How often do you actually use the 9.6 kw pro power on board?

Well, this is interesting. I see that it's optional on pro, xlt and flash but the Canadian website shows it's standard on Lariat and platinum. I guess we just don't get as many options. However, I wouldn't want one without it.
  20. How often do you actually use the 9.6 kw pro power on board?

Can you elaborate on the year model and color you're talking about? I haven't seen any lightnings without propower and Ford has little mention of any changes like you describe.
