  1. Uploading AS-BUILT file error

Is your error above while you are trying to write your changes to the module? Just say no and cancel out. Then load it again so you can edit the file. Download your full As Built from Ford and look through it for the same lines of the module you want 726-XX etc. Then update them. I...
  2. Spied: F-150 Lightning "Tremor" Off-Road Prototype

Just for another $100 back in their pocket by not having to make it and assemble it.

  6. Playing on a wet, sandy, rocky slope — some data

When you do, you'll know. You would think it would be on rails, but it is not.
  7. Use 360 cameras for security.

Except sentry alone doesn't cause that kind of draw. @fhteagle - in your post where you claim 7-8 kWh for Sentry mode didn't also have Cabin Overheat on? Where are you and what was the temp the day you measured 7-8?
  8. Playing on a wet, sandy, rocky slope — some data

Ah yes the horrendous torque steer in the trucks. That should have been controlled or corrected years ago. I’m not an expert but with abs and motor control I firmly believe they should be able to make this truck bite and move without the torque steer. Tesla will have none of that. I’ve...
  9. Priority Update: 24-PU0105-CMR-FX. Driver Monitoring System

I have no idea the motivator, new management, new desire to get all trucks caught up on SW, etc, but many different SW releases saw new pushes this past week. My gut tells me they have a new motivator to get this stuff caught up and leveled. Maybe the new EV announcements made them look back...
  10. Playing on a wet, sandy, rocky slope — some data

Interesting information. Sport mode is surprising on the torque split. As you note they may be remapping the accelerator, but I'm also surprised as more torque to the back motor. This is where I'm thinking you want 50/50 as much as possible - get all you can out of both motors. I don't...
  11. Disable Motion

This one is simple - it's already in the GUI. You can turn off the interior alarm sensor. It says something about do you want it on automatically or to ask each time you turn it off. Use that last option and just don't turn it on.
  12. Glare free headlight 'sensivitivity' adjustment

Took a bit, but I found some of the conversation - October/November last year. https://www.f150lightningforum.com/forum/threads/f150-lightning-forscan-thread.11406/post-428162
  13. Glare free headlight 'sensivitivity' adjustment

There is no adjustment that I'm aware of and what you describe is a change made by Ford. There are other threads where this was noticed and discussed. The first couple of years we had them activated it was a very smooth perfect transition. A year or so back there was a SW update and it...
  14. Use 360 cameras for security.

I've had 3 Tesla's and recently proven that there is little strain on the Tesla battery for Sentry mode. Most of it is likely from the Cabin Overheat Protection. You also have to remember the 3 and Y have batteries a fraction of the size of our trucks. So overall percentage would be even...
  15. New BlueCruise Version 1.4 - Rollout IPMA-24.204.10.9

Great news on the rollout. It's as though someone, might have had a crystal ball. Now about that Pro Power without starting the truck for '22's and '23's @Gimme_my_MME ! :bandit:
  16. Connected Navigation Expired.

It's not just about how slow and bad it is, but also the horrendous finding of locations by voice/name. The first month I had the truck I gave it a try. I worked to locate a fast charger in the town I was traveling to. I knew the brand of the charger, where it was located by street...
  17. Connected Navigation Expired.

    Connected Built-in Navigation - $80/year Premium Connectivity - audio streaming and Alexa - $10/month or $119.95/year.
  18. Stick to Rotary Shift Knob Conversion w/ 3D Printed Rotary Shifter Holder

All of them will shift into park when you open the door, that is by design, changing shifters doesn't alter that. The difference is does it do it by rotating the knob (still another motor to break) or is it all electronically inside the shifter knowing which letter to illuminate.
