Message me the VIN.
Never mind......I just read your other post that says you had it towed to the dealer. If you no longer have it in your possession, there isn't much I can do.
Did you ever do the 20 minute battery pull?
Try running a network test with the truck on. I don't see it reporting any codes for that module.
The only other thing I can think of is the GVMS hold you have for the GWM which means your GWM is not at the latest level and maybe causing a comms issue.
Edit: Never mind.....I misread the post...
IPMA update for the official 1.4 is there in the list.
The tool dealers use to do updates is faster than the Mongoose. IPMA/PSCM will take about 2.5 hours for us to do.
Not sure where else to post this, but I have a bunch of messages in my inbox from some of you guys. I'm on vacation in a cruise this week and don't have access to my resources, so I'll get to you guys that messaged me when I get back.
Message me the VIN. I'm on vacation and I won't be able to get to it for a few days, but I'll look into it. It would also help if you can find the VIN to a Lightning with working BC in your region. If you don't already have one, get a FORScan adapter.
I agree that it sucks, but this is why a 40amp minimum power supply is recommended for the EV's with their tiny LVB's. Here on the forums, we have seen this happen many times at this point. Did the module brick?
Yes, they are on here. FYI: The fact you have WAL working is also due to them. When they first discovered how to enable BC 1.2 and they made the changes public, Ford almost had a heart attack and reached out to them and asked them to take it down. I am sure there are layers as to why it isn't...
Again: The day the guys that figured out how to enable it want it made public, it will be on the spreadsheet's common tab. I have literally helped hundreds of people across several forums enable the new features. I did not ask the be the gatekeeper of the secret sauce......it just kinda...
The difference between what you have and 1.4 is nominal at best, imo. I doubt you would see a difference in performance.
Never mind.....just saw your other post after you installed. I'm surprised you noticed a big difference, but good!
If you received 10.1.1, then your truck should be updated enough to be able to receive the BC 1.4 OTA, but there is no way of knowing when they will actually send it. If the dealer did update all the modules, then you already have the software for BC 1.4 but would need to enable the new features...
Not to mention, if someone gets into an accident and blames the FORScan changes on it, then who is at fault?
At this point that the OTA is officially released, I don't see the need for the secret sauce anymore. However, until the gurus post it publicly and it appears in the common tab of the...
Until Ford releases a new IPC update to include it (if they ever do) for 21-23 trucks, this animation only exists on 2024 plus trucks. Ford claims 2024 trucks are shipping with BC 1.2, but the IPMA software of these trucks show the BAE strategy on the ones I've checked which actually coincides...
