If it is stuck with the spinning thing where you check for updates, disconnected the negative cable from your 12v battery for 20 minutes and once you reconnected it and check again, it should be working again.

Nah. I would search the forums for someone that's already done it and do it myself. The FORScan part is probably the easiest part of the process. I'm sure I can figure out how to enable it. If not, I have a few people in mind I can ask.

Yes, FORScan can be used to enable the parking sensors if you have all the right hardware in place.

I don't see any codes in your history that indicate there is an issue with the SOBDM modules. Truck seems happy and healthy from what I can see. HVAC code that was there before is gone after the dealer did their thing.
