Ota trigger is now activated and files downloaded. Capacity is good and SoC is decent. Good luck.

This update has no revision number. That's why they call it "Voldemort". Update details are in the box in the middle of the screenshot below.
@Lytning That's weird. I blacked out the VIN for your privacy, but the attached screenshot shows the OTA trigger was created for your truck on 1/23 for...
That's very strange. This is a very small update that does not require the vehicle to be inhibited while it installs. That is very atypical with this type of OTA.
Thank you @Lytning for the VIN. It's the no-name "Voldemort" update that Mach E's first reported last moth. It is unclear what it does, but it is believed to fix something that the 6.1.0/6.2.0 GWM updates caused.

The IPMA/PSCM updates provide significant improvements to BC performance and have the features for BC 1.4 in them, but not activated. The first popped up in FDRS for vehicles in December.
That I know of, there have only been two DDM/PDM updates released and they both were stand-alone updates that only updated those two modules. The roll-out for these updates was never very aggressive, though. I am not sure why.

Your truck is recording very good battery conditions to the cloud, yet it is still failing due to unsatisfactory battery conditions. Your capacity is at 34 of 35, SoC at 94 of 100 and the battery is reading 13v. You aren't doing anything wrong and your battery seems fine. Nothing you can do but...
What version of what? You can see what Sync version you're on in the "about sync" page in your touchscreen settings menu. If you want to know where you are in terms of power-up updates, I can check your OTA history with your VIN to see what it shows.
Edit: This is the same no-name GWM update...
I'm pretty sure I posted that before we knew it would skip to 1.4, but yes. I don't see any difference in the IPC with BC 1.3 or 1.4, but it is indeed a different update than what comes on vehicles that shipped with BC 1.3 from factory.
The EVs bring a smaller 12v battery. 35 is max for you guys, so 33 is healthy. The ICE trucks bring 70 with the OEM H6 battery. The guy I mentioned upgraded to an H7 which capacity is 80. It measures amp hours.
I don't know how accurate those readings the vehicles sends to the cloud are. I checked a failed OTA for a member on the ICE forums today and his battery capacity was reported at 79 out of 80 and the SoC was at 100% and the update still failed due to battery conditions. Go figure.
