No difference. Just an extra compressor in the cooling loop that isolates the cabin HVAC from the rest of the cooling loop.
I had Max Tow on my Pro, don't have it on my XLT. Don't notice a difference at all.
Jump on a 2024 unless you find a 2025 Flash with the full 131kWh battery at the same pricing. Not much has changed, just make sure you know all the features you want ahead of time (for example alot of them don't have 9.6kW Pro Power). The 2025 has some nice additions on the Flash trim, but they...
Here are some pictures before I use the JB Weld, sand everything, and paint it (you can see the gaps I was referencing):
I think the convoluted cuts is awesome in theory. I don't think the precision and accuracy needed to pull it off makes it a complete solution for everyone as some printers...
I got everything printed, however I'm unhappy with the way the rear printed, so I'm reprinting that. My initial observations were there was some tiny gaps along the cut (probably due to print accuracy), 3 of the 8 dowels snapped reprinting those as well.
Neither.
As others have stated: this is attempting to fix a problem that rarely exists. When the problem does occur, there are already fast (and affordable, if not free/included) options out there.
My printer has been acting up but I'm going to try print this with Carbon Fiber infused PETG. If I can get through the prints unscathed, I will post my results.
Thank you!
I like the dovetail idea. Would having the dovetail that low, create an issue of potential flex/seperation at the top? Would we still need a way to ensure the top doesn't flex apart, or does it form fit in the cubby hole firm enough to keep it together? (My concern is if you have a magsafe mount...
Very nice.
You might consider this for your unused subwoofer:

Thank you!
Could some square attachments fit on the outside of the tub with holes for standard screws (like M3) to cinch the 2 halves back together, or would those square tabs not allow the tub to fit down into its compartment?
Thank you for your efforts and thorough explanation. That makes sense. I'm pretty adamant in wanting to retain the Work Surface as I use that often and see this shifter knob potentially allowing me to have the work surface down while driving (occasionally my passenger likes to have a...
Has anyone figured out a way to split this print in 2 for people with smaller build plates (220mm x 220mm x 250mm)?
Maybe a way to connect them with some M3 screws? The lines at the top where they connect can be sanded and then painted...
