I have heard the same. I wish Ford would release incremental fixes for bugs instead of bundling bug fixes together with new features and updating every few months (years).
So it's not just Sport mode, good to know. For what its worth, it first happened to me on May 1.
I just think it might be more widespread than Ford thinks.
Since they've grouped 1PD into the Drive Modes section, I could see a significant issue with the truck toggling off 1PD while I'm using 1PD.
I wish I could tie it to an update, but it has happened sporadically. There is nothing I'm doing that can replicate the issue. I've noticed it for at least 4-6 weeks.
I've been having this issue for a few months now. Thought it might be an isolated glitch until I saw others posting about it on Facebook.
When I'm in Sport mode, the truck will occasionally kick me out of Sport mode back to Normal. I'll get a message on the instrument cluster saying Drive Mode...
It'd be nice if they put some emphasis on fixing their network before adding these adapters. Currently at an EA station, 3 of the 4 chargers are down (according to reviews left by others they've been down for a month). There is abline of 5 people waiting to use it since there is no Fast Charge...
I have a reservation. My wife was planning on getting one. The omission of the frunk is causing us to second guess (frunk makes up for smaller size of SUV).
The Frunks operation should allow it to close via button under any circumstance (which it, of course, doesn't). It should only be allowed to be opened via button if all doors are unlocked.
It's a frustrating quirk.
The center pedestal vents are not sufficient to effectively (and rapidly) cool/heat the rear seat passengers. Add to that that the current design of vents has the vent closing when moved completely to one side (essentially making air going to that side of the vent reduced if the vent is...
Those are some highly requested features!
1. Nope
2. Nope
3. There is a setting in the settings interface on your main screen to disable rear occupant reminders
You can still change the A to the numerical value. Also, I think there is a (slightly hidden) climate screen, just not an easy way to get to it. I believe by pushing one (or some) of the hardware buttons, a pop up appears on the screen that shows you the Heated Steering Wheel option.
I haven't...
Interesting. I get the double chime while sitting in my driveway, no navigation routes plugged in. Next time I hear it I'll switch over to the Ford Navigation to see if there is an alert.
I did 8 years, 100k, $0 deductible with Granger. That is how much I drive in 8 years, and that's when I plan on giving up my vehicle. I would calculate your annual mileage and multiply it by how long you normally keep your vehicles. That should tell you what to buy.
Just a reminder, the OTA schedule in the truck settings only matters for updates that require the vehicle to be off. Most updates don't have that requirement. Smart ruling that out though.
