  1. Apple car play not working correctly after IOS 18.1, curious if anyone else is having issues

I'm laughing a bit at this thread. I am quite active on another forum for a particular camera system. Damn near every time Apple pushes out an update, lots of 3rd party stuff breaks. For full disclosure, I have a work forced on me #$%^&* iPhone 13 with iOS 18.1 that I absolutely despise...
  2. Sun Roof Seal Is Ripping

One of several reasons that I don't want a roof window (moving or not).
  3. Pissed a little ( well maybe more)

That's likely me. I have to replace my 2003 Dodge Ram with almost 300K miles some time before the end of May 2025 because it wont pass a smog test (needs major engine work). It's running sort of OK, so I'm not in an urgent hurry (unless it gets worse). So I'm watching for end of the year...
  4. Rodents in the front trunk

Makes me glad that there are several semi-feral cats in the neighborhood...
  5. Ford offering a free "CARGER"

I wonder if it's an intentional play on words...
  6. Do you use AM Radio?

I only use AM to listen to the National League West champion Los Angeles Dodgers.
  7. Overlanding on longest uninterrupted dirt road in the lower 48

Very cool trip! Although my primary purpose for a 4x4 truck not overlanding, but rather driving crappy dirt roads to mountaintop radio sites, your post is very encouraging. My 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 with 277K miles on it is now running on about 7.5 cylinders and will not be able to pass a required...
  8. Looking to buy an used 2023 Lariat, can be a sign of problems ?

I've been putting about 18K miles/year on my daily drive vehicle for over 30 years. Nothing unusual about that. Related, my wife and I bought a Dodge van many years ago that had something like 19K miles in 4 months. It had been a rental car.
  9. Test drove a Flash Trim

Can someone explain why you think PAAK is a requirement for you. That is a feature I explicitly do NOT want.
