I would say OEM wheels are hub centric. If I have created some confusion, it would be best to consult your dealer or trusted tire shop.

Go to your local tire shops and look for some factory take off wheels. There should be a few around, as a lot of people trade them in on after market wheels. You may find a set you like better. If it happened once it will probably happen again, sorry.

I was not aware of the beefier coil springs either. May explain why I got 2 3/4" of lift when I changed my front struts. I was told I would only get 2".
