Just remove the bracket and install plastic rivets in the holes.
I had to do that on my wife's Tahoe because the front license plate holder was huge.
For her bumper, I actually used screw cap covers because her bumper was white and I could not fine white gloss plastic rivets.
No change in range.
Goodyear advertises the tire as an all season, and all terrain.
I would not say it is like a typical AT tire, the tread is a little more aggressive than a street tire but not as aggressive as a true AT like the Wrangler with Kevlar.
I just put a set of Wrangler Steadfast HTs on my Pro to replace the OEM tires. Have about 3k miles on them so far and they perform well.
There are a lot of good choices out there but I chose Goodyear because of family connections with GY.
I did not know that the Pro ER charged at a different rate than other Lightning ER models.
If you want to search for a new or used Lightning, I would recommend VisorVin. They have an abundance of filters.
Have you considered a new Pro ER? Below is a link to one in our area. I assume you could find one in GA as well. With tax credit you are under $50K

I don't really know. It seems the offer is in the ball park based on the used market, but I guess the value also depends how the truck was optioned.. You seemed to imply the offer was low so I was interested in what you thought.
Maybe you can put the vehicle info in some of the online purchase...
Do not know why I thought you had a 22. There are 145 2023 XLTs for sale. Did not sort by ER or SR but the range is $36k to 45K. What are you looking for as a value?
$42k does not sound bad as a first offer for a 2022XLT SR. What are you hoping to get?
VisorVin shows 17 used 22 XLTs for sale nationwide. Only two are above $40k and they may be ER...
I installed the front mats about a month ago. They fit really well and they do not have a brand name or logo on the face of the mat that stands out like most other brands.
Bad luck last week. Had two liquid leaks on passenger side floor liner. First one was from a pump sprayer. Even though I have the mud mats some of the liquid looked like it may have leaked under the sill plate. Popped off the sill plate. There is a wire chase there that was full of fluid.

If you want to do it yourself, just run string trimmer line through the drain tubes.
A lot of people use compressed air, but you risk the drain tubes disconnecting.
I picked up a screw in the outer tread of one tire at 30k miles. Probably could have gone another couple of thousand miles but elected to replace all 4 at 30k.
