You'll have to post some pics of the GT3, I mean Tremor... lol. Did you even consider the new Corvette?
  2. Hero Card For 2022 F-150 Lightning

I created a PDF version of the hero card for anyone that wants it.
  3. What other cars/trucks have you owned?

I have never owned a Ford, lol. I was a Chevrolet fan for years.

  5. Hero Card For 2022 F-150 Lightning

Is there a PDF version of the hero card?
  6. Kickin' the Tires & Lightin' the Fires: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly of Tire and Wheel Cleaning Day

A lot of states. It's 32% in NC. It cost an extra $10 when you get your car inspected, they measure the tint with a meter. If you don't pass then you'll have to get it removed and do it again. Back in the day you could just roll your windows down and they would pass it before they started...
  7. Kickin' the Tires & Lightin' the Fires: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly of Tire and Wheel Cleaning Day

Definitely use some sort of stiff bristle brush. 1. Use Bleche-Wite, some people wet tire before hand (I don't) 2. Scrub with stiff bristle brush. 3. Rinse with water hose. 4. Enjoy clean tires. You probably only have to do this once every couple of years.
  8. Pine pitch on paint - how to remove?

I’ve never had it happen in NC, but did in Florida. It was brutal to remove, but I don’t remember how I did.
  9. Kickin' the Tires & Lightin' the Fires: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly of Tire and Wheel Cleaning Day

You’ll have to post some pics! I think I’ll just wait until my next set of tires, unless I change them sooner. So it may be a while.
  10. Who actually uses a weight distributing hitch?

I don’t think large or strong enough is a problem. You should be running them even if you have a larger F-250 truck. It’s just better for the truck in the long run, especially the rear axles. The people that just run bags tend to put even more pressure on the rear axle. Plus, it just makes...
  11. Kickin' the Tires & Lightin' the Fires: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly of Tire and Wheel Cleaning Day

Man do I wish the 4x2 came with white letters. Bleche Wite is also good for cleaning tires that have that slight brown color over time. It’ll make them look new again. Then use a tire shine that is water based.
  12. Dura Tire Coating

$60 is pretty steep, but I do like the fact that it’s water based. I think I’ll stick with Meguiars Tire & Trim Gel for not, since it’s only around $6.
  13. A More Bespoke Ford: Ford Will Custom Build Your Next Vehicle

I think for the person that likes all the bells and whistles (nothing wrong with those people), the car lot is the way to go. From what I've seen, they typically have the cheapest and most expensive models. Very rarely have I seen a Lariat under $60,000, but you'll see base XLTs and XLs on the...
  14. "EVs require less maintenance" … oh really … : )

They'll still be cheaper in the long run. I don't think the problem is as big as they say. If things are breaking in the few years, the warranty will cover it anyways. You'll save way more than that in fuel and fluids.
  15. What are you driving in the mean time?

Sold my 2017 Hyundai Ioniq hybrid and driving a 2011 Chevrolet Taverse with around 126,000 on it. It’ll be going to my son when he get’s his license in about a year. I miss the mileage in the Ioniq.
  16. Seat covers for carseats?

Something like this? I need to purchase something too. I found this one on Amazon Car Seat Cover from Amazon
  17. Who actually uses a weight distributing hitch?

I agree. Calculate it with taking 12.5% of the max travel trailer weight to get the average. 15% if you max the travel trailer carry load out.
  18. Found a 2nd Gen Lightning (ICE) in my neighborhood

    That would be awesome!
  19. What other cars/trucks have you owned?

It's always interesting to see what other cars/trucks have owned over the years. You can just list them or list and give descriptions. I'll go first. 1. 1980 Chevrolet Work Truck - 1996-1997 - Inline 6, 3 on the tree, no A/C, no radio (installed one), no power steering, long bed, manual long...
