It's been hit or miss for some time now, and got better in the last FordPass 5.x update but has yet to work after going to 6.0. Doesn't save my targe charge setting at home and will just give me a yield/error sign after the climate attempt times out.

I haven't been able to get the remote climate to work via the app since the update on my Pixel, nor did it save the 90% charge limit at home. Rather annoying.

I was going to swap the heated wheel over on my truck a year or two ago but then got side tracked by some deals the leftover trucks were getting, only to get cold feet.
